Job summary

Lemartec Corporation, a MasTec company, seeks an experienced Project Director to lead complex EPC projects across the United States. You will oversee planning, engineering, procurement, construction, start-up, and final turnover, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and safety standards.

You will support Business Development in expanding current work scope, developing proposal strategies, and presenting to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction; 5+ years of relevant work experience can substitute for the degree.
• Demonstrated knowledge of EPC project controls, scheduling, budgeting and procurement processes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage client communications and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from concept through close-out, ensuring contract requirements, quality and safety standards are met.
• Develop and implement budgets, schedules, and plans; monitor performance and cash flow.
• Coordinate with BD on proposals, win plans, and contract negotiations; serve as primary customer liaison.
