Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking an experienced project manager to lead complex construction programs across the United States. The role covers planning, engineering, procurement, construction, start-up, and turnover, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Travel up to 100% is required as projects are located nationwide. You will support BD activities, develop proposals, and manage client communications while leading a high-performance project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
• 5–10 years of experience on large construction projects, especially electrical scopes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project execution from conception to close-out.
• Develop execution plans, budgets, and schedules; monitor progress.
• Oversee safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with BD for proposals and client communications.
• Manage risk, change control, and project documentation.
