Job summary

Lemartec Corporation, MasTec’s General Building arm, seeks a Project Director to lead complex infrastructure programs across the US. You will oversee planning, engineering, procurement, construction, start-up and close-out, ensuring safety, quality and adherence to contract requirements.

The role emphasizes BD support, budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership, with extensive travel and liaison across multiple states. Strong PM credentials and experience with large EPC projects are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of relevant project management experience on large-scale construction.
• Knowledge of project management tools (Primavera P6, Procore, Sage).
• Strong communication, leadership and budgeting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assists BD in developing win plans and estimates, and participates in prime contract negotiations.
• Defines project organization, roles, responsibilities and authorities for safe, on-time delivery.
• Develops detailed work plans, schedules, budgets and procedures; obtains concurrence from all stakeholders.
• Monitors contractual commitments and change orders; maintains a change management system.
• Leads project execution reviews and project control systems to track progress and address deviations.
