Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Project Director to lead a team of senior project managers and field staff across multiple projects in the US. You will manage projects from concept through close-out, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery while aligning with contract requirements and company goals.

The role requires a strategic leader with 15+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years as Project Director, and travel readiness across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 15+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager.
• 5+ years as Project Director.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic management of large, multi-project engagements across locations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Project Execution Plans and contract strategies.
• Monitor performance, cash flow, and budgets to meet objectives and schedule.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to project teams and clients.
