Job summary

Lemartec is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects nationwide. You will manage execution from planning through turnover, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating with BD for proposals.

Travel up to 100% across the US is required. The role demands strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills, with experience in EPC environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience in construction/engineering.
• 5+ years of project management experience in EPC/large-scale construction preferred.
• Strong understanding of project controls, budgeting, scheduling and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, procurement, construction and turnover.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and performance reporting with a focus on quality and safety.
• Support BD in developing win plans, proposals, and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to meet contract requirements.
• Ensure proper governance, change control, and documentation turnover to client.
