Job summary

Lemartec is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects from concept through close-out. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and startup activities, ensuring work meets contract requirements, quality, safety, and budget.

This traveling role requires up to 100% travel across the U.S. and potentially multiple states; you will support Business Development, prepare proposals, and supervise a high-performance project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction; additional 5 years relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience in large-scale construction project management and coordination.
• Knowledge of front-end activities including risk analysis and estimate/proposal review.

Responsibilities

• Assist BD in developing win plans, preliminary project execution plans, estimating plans, proposal plans, proposals, and contract reviews.
• Define and communicate roles, responsibilities and authorities to project team and Customer.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules and ensure conformance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead project team and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring safe, on-time delivery and turnover to the customer.
