Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management required.
• 15 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager on commercial/industrial projects.
• 5 years of experience as a Project Director with strong budget/contract management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic project engagements and oversee project managers across multiple locations.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and risk to deliver projects on time and within contract requirements.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to teams and client relationships.
