Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a senior project leader to manage complex construction programs from planning through close-out, including BD support and proposal strategy. Responsible for budgets, schedules, safety, quality, and client communications across diverse sites with up to 100% travel.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years of relevant experience, a degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction, and strong skills in project controls, risk management, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction; 5–10 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in large-scale construction projects, especially electrical scopes of work.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and standard PM tools; knowledge of Procore/Sage beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements project execution plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance.
• Manages client communications, progress reporting, and change control processes.
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives and team development throughout the project.
