Job summary

Lemartec Corporation, MasTec's General Building arm, seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex construction programs from concept through close-out. You will supervise budgets, schedules, safety, and quality, coordinate with business development, and drive prime contract execution while delivering on customer expectations.

This traveling role requires frequent site visits across the U.S. and up to 100% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction. Additional 5 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• 5 to 10 years of experience working on Electrical scopes of work for large scale construction projects.
• Knowledge of Project Controls, Financial management, Procore, Primavera P6, Excel, Sage, and common MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops prime contract strategy and plan; participates in prime contract negotiations.
• Defines project roles, responsibilities and authorities to ensure safe, on-budget, on-schedule delivery.
• Monitors contracts, change orders, and implements change control across the project.
• Facilitates Project Execution Reviews and maintains project control systems.
• Oversees EH&S compliance for office and field environments.
