Job summary

Block, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Programs Lead to join the GTM Programs & Product Intelligence team. You will own end‑to‑end cross‑functional initiatives from planning through launch, partnering with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Risk to bring high‑priority projects to market.

This highly autonomous role requires influencing without direct authority, strong executive presence, and a track record of delivering complex programs in payments/fintech or SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading complex cross‑functional programs in strategy, operations, product, or GTM.
• Proven track record launching major products, partnerships, or enterprise initiatives.
• Strong ability to influence and align without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic cross‑functional programs end‑to‑end from planning to launch and stabilization.
• Create integrated plans across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Ops.
• Build governance, cadences, and executive reviews to maintain progress.
• Drive launch readiness for new products and partnerships across teams.
