Job summary

Stripe is seeking a high-impact Program Manager with global scope to lead end-to-end GTM initiatives. You will coordinate diverse cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, product, and operations to design, implement, and operationalize incubation programs.

Your role will emphasize stakeholder management, rigorous problem solving, and effective communication with senior leaders. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in program management or related fields, experience in sales/marketing

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management, business operations, management consulting, or a related discipline.
• Strong track record delivering global, complex programs with multiple constituents.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills; ability to influence across levels from front lines to C-suite.
• Experience working in a sales and marketing organization; cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for building and driving large-scale programs end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional support.
• Manage the full-stack of change management activities across stakeholder engagement and communications.
• Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across Stripe and across levels.
• Work cross-functionally to identify improvement opportunities for Revenue teams spanning strategy, people, process, and technology.
• Develop a Programs Center of Excellence, providing guidance and coaching to partner teams.
• Prioritize among projects and synthesize data to guide strategy and decisions.
• Make C-suite level recommendations and drive decisions when needed.
