Job summary

Stripe is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead global GTM initiatives. You’ll drive end-to-end incubation programs, diagnose and design solutions, and transition work to operations teams while coordinating across GTM and Product Operations.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in program management or related fields, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to influence at the C-suite. This role requires comfort with ambiguity and rapid scaling in a hypergrowth environment.

Qualifications

• + 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, management consulting, or a related discipline.
• + Experience delivering global, complex programs with multiple constituents in a changing, ambiguous environment end-to-end.
• + Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication experience, influencing across all levels from front lines to C-suite.
• + Demonstrated leadership qualities and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for building and driving large-scale programs end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional support and resources.
• Manage the full-stack of change management activities across stakeholder engagement and messaging/planning, and enablement.
• Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across Stripe at all levels.
• Work cross-functionally to identify improvement opportunities for Revenue teams spanning strategy, people, process, and technology.
• Develop a Programs Center of Excellence, providing guidance, consulting, and coaching to peers and partner teams.
• Synthesize data to guide strategy and decisions, prioritizing among multiple projects.
