Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategic Programs Program Manager to join our global team. You will own the end-to-end delivery of incubation programs, coordinating across GTM and Product Operations to drive strategic initiatives.

The role requires 7+ years in program management or related fields, with a track record of managing complex, global programs and strong stakeholder engagement at all levels, including the C-suite.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global, complex programs with multiple constituencies
• Strong communication skills across all levels, from front lines to C-suite
• Proven ability to diagnose, simplify, and structure problems while balancing detail
• Experience in sales/marketing organizations preferred
• Comfort operating with incomplete data and shifting priorities

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for building and driving large-scale programs end-to-end with cross-functional support
• Manage the full-stack of change management activities across stakeholder engagement and comms
• Develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders across Stripe levels and functions
• Identify opportunities to improve Revenue org strategy, people, process, and tech
• Develop a Programs Center of Excellence to guide and coach partner teams
• Prioritize across projects and synthesize data to guide strategy and decisions
• Make C-suite level recommendations and drive decisions when needed
