Job summary

Stripe is seeking a seasoned Program Manager for Global Go-to-Market initiatives. You will lead large-scale, cross-functional programs across sales, marketing, and product operations, driving end-to-end delivery and change management in a rapidly scaling environment.

The role requires 7+ years in program management or related fields, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills across senior leadership. Hybrid work options are available across US offices and remote locations.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a sales and marketing organization.
• 7+ years in program management, business ops, consulting, or related discipline.
• Proven track record delivering global, complex programs end-to-end.
• Enthusiastic, hands-on attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Ability to diagnose, simplify, and structure problems with attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills up to C-suite.
• Demonstrated leadership, ownership, and quality in deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for building and driving large-scale programs end-to-end.
• Manage full-stack change management across engagement and messaging.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across Stripe.
• Work cross-functionally to identify improvements for Revenue teams (strategy, people, process, tech).
• Develop a Programs Center of Excellence, providing guidance and coaching.
• Prioritize projects and synthesize data to guide strategy and decisions.
• Make C-suite level recommendations and drive decisions where needed.
