Job summary

Stripe is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to join the Go-to-Market Strategic Programs team in Chicago. You will lead large-scale, cross-functional programs spanning sales, marketing, and product ops, with global scope and ambiguous requirements.

You’ll own end-to-end delivery, coordinate across stakeholders, drive change management, and translate strategic priorities into actionable programs. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in PM or operations and a proven ability to influence at the executive

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or related field.
Experience leading global, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication across senior levels, including C-suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

Be accountable for building and driving large-scale programs end-to-end across GTM.
Coordinate change management, messaging, and enablement across stakeholders.
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across Stripe's levels and functions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify improvements for Revenue teams.
Establish a Programs Center of Excellence to guide partner teams.
Prioritize projects and synthesize data to inform strategy and decisions.
Make executive-level recommendations and drive decisions when needed.
