Planet seeks a Technical Program Manager to drive its largest, cross‑team Go‑to‑Market launches. You will orchestrate programs from concept through launch, partnering with Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing and Enablement to deliver end‑to‑end plans.

You bring 4+ years in technology program management, strong cross‑functional leadership, and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear actions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program management experience in technology products.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across a broad organization.
• Tenacity to follow-through with a focus on program delivery.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills with the ability to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Comfortable explaining analyses and recommendations to business leaders as well as discussing technical trade-offs with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross‑functional Go‑to‑Market releases across teams.
• Scope and manage program schedules, break into milestones, and assign owners.
• Develop feedback loops from Sales to Product and Engineering to inform future product development.
• Translate requirements across business and technical stakeholders with clear communication.
• Identify dependencies and risks and proactively mitigate them.
• Facilitate data-driven decision-making and progress updates across stakeholders.
• Identify operational efficiencies and define a GTM ops roadmap.
• Drive results by improving ways of working and processes.
