Anthropic is hiring for a role in the Office of the Chief Commercial Officer in San Francisco. You will lead go-to-market initiatives, coordinating with Product, Finance, Legal, and Sales, and prepare materials for executives and the Board.

The position reports to the chief of staff and offers broad visibility across the company. We seek 4+ years in strategy/operations or a similarly rigorous setting, with strong communication skills and comfort with autonomy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations or equally rigorous environment
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and present clear recommendations
• Ability to perform quick data analysis in spreadsheets, SQL, or Claude and verify against sources

Responsibilities

• Drive priority go-to-market initiatives from plan to delivery and coordinate across teams
• Build analyses and communications for executives and leadership
• Prepare Board materials and leadership updates
• Track top priorities, owners, and risks for the go-to-market org
• Bridge go-to-market with Product, Finance, Legal, Safeguards, and Research for aligned decisions
• Step in to own cross-functional work until a permanent owner is found
• Close out executive requests quickly to a high standard
