Anthropic Limited is seeking a GTM Programs Manager to lead cross-functional GTM initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This senior IC will own programs end to end, from scoping through launch, and will drive adoption using data-driven analysis and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio of strategic GTM programs end to end, from scoping to launch and iteration.
• Act as thought partner to Sales and GTM leaders; prioritize programs and say no to the rest.
• Transform ambiguous problems into structured analysis, a defensible model, and a clear plan.
• Align and drive teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, Legal, and Partnerships.
• Engage senior executives on status and outcomes of critical programs.
• Define success metrics and report on adoption, time-to-value, and productivity impact.
• Use AI tools daily to analyze, model, and accelerate work.
• Create templates, cadence, and reporting for future launches.
