Job summary

Anthropic seeks an Internal Communications Manager to partner with our GTM teams, translating strategy into clear, credible messages for employees worldwide. You will be a trusted advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer, shaping communications in their voice and guiding executives with foresight.

You’ll lead a small team, design forums and updates across channels, and embed communications into the fabric of the organization, ensuring alignment with our ambitious AI mission and product milestones.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in communications or adjacent craft.
• Exceptional writing with ability to distill complex concepts into plain English.
• Trusted advisor to senior leaders; ability to push, listen, and deliver candid recommendations.
• Ability to connect team updates to company strategy and mission.

Responsibilities

• Own the internal communications strategy for GTM portfolio; become a trusted leadership advisor.
• Draft communications in leadership voice and provide expert counsel to the CCO.
• People manage a small team (one/two directs) across the global GTM org.
• Translate complex sales strategy and customer stories into clear narratives for employees.
• Anticipate communications needs and prepare plans for launches and organizational changes.
• Design strategies to boost signal and reduce noise across channels.
• Plan and execute internal forums like all-hands and AMAs with excellence.
• Collaborate with the broader internal communications team for consistent updates.
