Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an experienced Program Manager for Commercial Operations to transform our commercial infrastructure into a revenue accelerator. You will build scalable processes, own end-to-end launches, and partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and GTM to drive velocity as we scale.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking with operational excellence; strong background in billing, payments, and high-growth SaaS is highly valued. Location is San Francisco with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations, with demonstrated success in billing, payments, or commercial operations.
• Experience building capabilities and solutions that enable launching in new ways, from pricing to geographies.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to demonstrate ROI on programs.
• Willing to roll up sleeves and do operational work while leading a team.
• Experience with automation initiatives and partnering with engineering to build tooling.

Responsibilities

• Run launches end-to-end through the Commercial launch process, translating into commercial readiness requirements.
• Lead intake and scoping for your portfolio of launches and collaborate with product teams to develop paths to launch.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process/system changes; clarify ownership across partner teams.
• Build launch components: tiering, readiness criteria, playbooks, templates, SLAs; create training.
• Own major program-improvement workstreams like instrumentation and workflow tooling with engineering.
• Design interfaces and processes that span Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM.
