Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a GTM Programs Manager to own strategic GTM initiatives from problem definition through launch and iteration. You’ll partner across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance, turning ambiguous asks into structured analyses and actionable roadmaps.

The role blends business case development, senior stakeholder alignment, and hands-on data work, with remote-friendly, travel-enabled requirements and a strong focus on measurable outcomes for the field.

Qualifications

• Led complex cross-functional programs from problem definition through delivery.
• Turned ambiguous problems into clear, defensible recommendations.
• Drove initiatives across teams you do not manage, including when senior stakeholders disagreed.
• Analytical skills: building a business case and quantitative model, defining targets, and pulling data from CRM/BI tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication, presenting to senior/executive audiences.
• Understanding of how an enterprise sales organization operates.
• Built programs or processes where none existed, owning outcomes through to results.
• Motivated by Anthropic's mission to develop safe, beneficial AI.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic GTM programs end to end from scoping through launch, operationalization, results, and iteration.
• Act as a thought partner to Sales and GTM leaders: identify, scope, and prioritize programs; say no to the rest.
• Turn ambiguous problems into structured analysis and a clear plan with owners, milestones, decision points.
• Align and drive teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Revenue Operations, Enablement, Finance, Legal, and Partnerships without formal authority.
• Engage senior executives on status and outcomes of critical programs.
• Manage change so new programs are adopted by the field and report on adoption, time-to-value, productivity impact.
• Use AI tools daily to analyze, model, and build faster.
• Create templates, cadence, and reporting for future programs.
