Anthropic is seeking a GTM Programs Manager to own cross-functional GTM initiatives and drive them from strategy to results. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to structure programs, analyze data, and deliver impact across the field.

You will operate with high autonomy, build business cases, and report outcomes to senior stakeholders, shaping the way Anthropic scales its go‑to‑market efforts in a fast-growing AI landscape.

Qualifications

• Led complex cross-functional programs from problem to delivery in GTM, sales, or strategy.
• Built a business case and quantitative model with data analysis.
• Presented analysis and recommendations to senior/executive audiences.
• Understanding of how an enterprise sales organization operates.
• Motivated by Anthropic's mission to develop safe, beneficial AI.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic GTM programs from scoping to launch and iteration.
• Partner with Sales and GTM leaders to identify programs worth doing and prioritize them.
• Turn ambiguous problems into structured analysis, models, and clear plans with owners and milestones.
• Align teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance without formal authority.
• Engage senior executives on status and outcomes of critical programs.
• Define success metrics like adoption, time-to-value, and productivity impact.
• Use AI tools to analyze, model, and accelerate workflows.
• Create templates, cadence, and reporting for future programs.
