StackAdapt is seeking a Client Services professional to manage post-sales relationships, drive adoption of the StackAdapt platform, and optimize campaigns for ROI. You will collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to maximize client performance.

The role emphasizes strategic thought leadership, delivering solutions, and maintaining high service standards across campaigns, with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Real Time Bidding/programmatic experience (DSP, Ad Network).
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering service excellence.
• Ability to drive growth and upsell opportunities while retaining accounts.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for your portfolio of clients across verticals.
• Lead strategic client conversations to uncover growth opportunities and upsells.
• Design campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
• Provide regular reporting on KPIs and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Set up campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP and implement tags/pixels.
