Job summary

StackAdapt is seeking a Senior Agency Development Manager to accelerate platform adoption and commercial growth with major agency HoldCos in the United States. You will translate enterprise priorities into practical activation plans for Publicis, WPP, and Havas, driving adoption and platform spend.

You will work with Sales, Account Management, Product, Solutions, and Marketing to remove barriers, provide strategic guidance, and identify opportunities to grow campaign activity and revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital advertising, programmatic, or ad-tech with agency activation experience.
• Direct experience with major agency Holding Companies (Publicis, WPP, Havas) and understanding of Programmatic COEs.
• Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising, DSPs, audiences, measurement, optimization, and workflows.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior agency stakeholders and influence adoption.
• Strategic mindset linking platform adoption to campaign activity, pipeline, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• HoldCo Activation & COE Partnership: translate agreements into activation paths for Publicis, WPP, and Havas.
• Platform Expertise & Programmatic Strategy: connect StackAdapt capabilities to campaign goals and education barriers.
• Sales Partnership & Opportunity Development: align agency COEs with Sales to advance opportunities and adoption.
