Job summary

StackAdapt is a remote-first technology company enabling marketers to reach and convert audiences with precision. This role partners with Account Executives and Client Service teams to drive campaign ROI and client satisfaction through strategic programmatic management.

You will design and optimize campaigns, deliver regular KPI reporting, and explore upsell opportunities while communicating complex platform concepts to clients. Expect up to 20% travel and a dynamic, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

3+ years of RTB/programmatic experience in a practical setting.
Experience running Google Ads or Facebook Ads via DSP/self-serve.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and grow revenue.
Ability to understand and explain technical platform concepts clearly.
Familiarity with current digital advertising trends and ideas.
Experience working with complex databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across a wide range of verticals.
Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
Provide regular reporting on campaign goals and optimize to meet KPIs.
Set up/traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including pixel creation/troubleshooting.
Identify upsell opportunities and improve tools, procedures and reports.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend new opportunities.
Lead in-person and virtual meetings, QBRs, and training sessions.
Provide strategic thought leadership as a advisor to clients.
Travel up to 20% of time.
