Northrop Grumman Space Systems seeks a Principal or Sr. Principal Program Planning and Scheduling Specialist (Level 3 or 4) in Roy, UT to support the Sentinel Program. The role develops integrated baselines and analyzes cost, schedule and technical performance, coordinating with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years related experience with Bachelors; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD.
• Experience with MS Project, P6 Primavera, Deltek Open Plan, Deltek Cobra/MPM, Deltek Acumen, OR other Schedule Risk Assessment Tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel with Macro/VBA
• US citizenship is a prerequisite. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance Secret.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with management to develop an integrated program measurement baseline for cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Work within a cross-functional team including program management, technical, production, and finance staff.
• Perform schedule risk analyses and resolve risky schedules, critical path issues, and network logic conflicts.
• Perform metrics reviews and predictive analyses to improve cost, schedule, and performance.
• Use Gantt, PERT, milestones, EVMS and other PM tools to track progress and identify variances.
• Incorporate contractual changes to keep baselines realistic.
