Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Principal or Sr. Principal Program Planning and Scheduling Specialist to join the Sentinel Program in Roy, UT.

You will develop and manage integrated baselines, coordinate跨 teams, and apply schedule risk analyses to optimize cost, schedule and technical performance. Requirements include 5–8 years of related experience with relevant degrees, DoD Secret clearance eligibility, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is a prerequisite.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
• Willingness to travel domestically 25% of the time.
• Experience with MS Project, Primavera P6 and Deltek tools for schedule analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with management to develop an integrated program measurement baseline for cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Work within a team of program management, technical, production and financial staff.
• Perform schedule risk analyses and address critical path issues and logic conflicts.
• Analyze cost, schedule and technical performance through metrics and predictive analyses.
• Use Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, EVMS and other techniques to gauge progress and identify variances.
• Incorporate contractual changes to maintain realistic cost and schedule baselines.
• Requisition may be filled at Principal (level 3) or Sr. Principal (level 4).
