Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2 or 3) to support the Sentinel Program at the Roy, UT facility. This role will involve establishing and monitoring budgets and schedules, and preparing reports to ensure contracts stay within negotiated parameters.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience or a Master’s degree with related experience, proficiency in MS Office and ERP/PM tools, and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years OR Master's with 0 years; 6+ years may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) including Pivot tables and V-lookups.
• Experience with ERP/BI/Analytics/PM/Collaboration tools; ability to obtain DoD clearance.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance (Secret/Top Secret) and Special Program Access as required.

Responsibilities

• Setup, monitoring, and controlling program costs and schedules.
• Perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure contracts stay within parameters.
• Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work.
• Incorporate contract changes into control systems.
• Estimate completion and forecast activities.
• Perform miscellaneous financial analysis as required.
