Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2 or 3) to support the Sentinel Program at the Roy, UT facility. The role focuses on budgeting, scheduling, and cost control across contracts.

You will analyze contracts, prepare reports, manage changes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Some positions require DoD security clearance and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years OR a Master’s degree with 0 years professional Business, Finance, Accounting and/or Aerospace & Defense related experience; 6+ years may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Experience with MS Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel (including Pivot tables and V-lookups).
• Experience with ERP, BI/Analytics, Project Management/Planning and/or Collaboration & Integration tools; ability to obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Setup, monitoring, and controlling program costs and schedules.
• Perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure contracts stay within negotiated parameters.
• Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work; incorporate contract changes into control systems; estimate completion and forecast activities.
• Perform miscellaneous financial analyses as required.
