Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (level 2) or Principal (level 3) to support the Sentinel Program at the Roy, UT facility. You will monitor costs and schedules, prepare budgets, and incorporate changes across contracts within a dynamic defense environment.

The role requires DoD security clearance eligibility and experience with ERP/BI tools, plus advanced MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years or Master’s with 0 years in Business, Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting and/or Aerospace & Defense Business-related fields.
• Experience with MS Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel (including Pivot tables and V-lookups).
• Experience with an ERP tool, Business Intelligence & Analytics tool, Project Management & Planning tool and/or Collaboration & Integration tools.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top Secret; etc.) and the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Setup, monitoring, and controlling program costs and schedules.
• Perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure contracts stay within negotiated parameters.
• Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work.
• Incorporate contract changes into control systems.
• Estimate completion and forecast related activities.
• Perform miscellaneous financial analyses as required.
