Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Principal or Sr. Principal Program Planning and Scheduling Specialist for the Sentinel program in Roy, UT. You will coordinate baseline development, monitor cost and schedule, and perform risk analyses.

Superior scheduling skills and DoD clearance are required. Primary or secondary level, with salary ranges posted. Navy/DoD program experience preferred; 9/80 work schedule optional, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to impact critical

Qualifications

• US citizenship is a prerequisite.
• Must have ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance Secret.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically 25% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with management to develop an integrated program baseline.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Perform schedule risk analyses and resolve critical path issues.
• Conduct metrics reviews and predictive analyses to improve performance.
• Utilize MS Project, Primavera, and EVMS tools to monitor progress.
