Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Project Manager to support the Sentinel Program in Roy, UT. The role focuses on coordinating between projects and stakeholders, maintaining plans, schedules, and budgets to deliver quality results.

Responsibilities include risk management, progress reporting, and ensuring compliance with standards, while collaborating with technical staff and customers to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience; 0 Years with Masters or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top Secret; etc.).
• Experience in project management/ execution and closeout.
• Skilled use of Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project).
• Demonstrated knowledge of Project Management principles.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to establish a solid working relationship with technical staff, peers, and customers.
• Experience planning, scheduling, and managing projects.
• Experience developing content, packaging, and briefing communication to small groups.
• Experience in Agile, Jira and Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between projects and stakeholders, reviewing status and reports.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with work breakdown structures, detailed schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocations.
• Monitor progress, track performance, and report status.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and opportunities, ensuring compliance with Earned Value Management.
• Uphold company values, make business savvy decisions, and foster collaboration to meet organizational goals.
