Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Program Manager/Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver training for internal and external audiences for a government client. The role requires coordinating with the VCF team and system integrator to ensure a smooth rollout of transformed claim review processes.

Responsibilities include creating curricula, graphics, and communications, leading a training team, and delivering instructor-led and online sessions for federal staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to design and develop training curricula, manuals, tutorials, and e-learning modules.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing training for clients.
• Proven leadership to guide the training team and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent training workstreams and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Review draft Training Plans and finalize with transformation readiness team.
• Design, develop, and deliver training for end-to-end claims lifecycle processes.
• Co-deliver substantive training for VCF staff, in-person and virtual, for 10–75 staff members.
• Create user-friendly graphics and communications for How-To Guides and websites.
• Support rollout by coordinating with VCF team and system integrator on timelines.
