Job summary

Reddit is seeking a highly strategic Senior Principal Program Manager to join the GTM Excellence team. This executive-facing role leads large-scale transformations, owning end-to-end processes and evolving systems and data to support advertiser experiences.

Based in a hybrid environment (New York, NY; Chicago, IL; San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA), you will partner with CRO, COO, Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Data teams to drive clear recommendations and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in strategic program management, business transformation, strategy & operations or related field.
• Background in Digital Media or ad tech preferred.
• Executive communication with C-suite stakeholders (CRO/COO) and cross-functional leaders.
• Experience leading change management initiatives across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GTM transformation initiatives and end-to-end processes.
• Manage large-scale planning cycles and prepare decision-ready documents for executive leadership.
• Collaborate with CRO, COO and cross-functional partners to gather buy-in and accelerate execution.
• Break down high-impact opportunities and drive analysis to actionable recommendations.
