Job summary

SCAN Health Plan is seeking a Senior Program Manager - Access to Care to oversee multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams across the organization. You will develop plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and ensure projects stay on time and budget, while advancing health plan performance and market growth.

You will communicate with stakeholders, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies based on your health plan experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of related healthcare or health plan experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Advanced project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee programs that meet organizational needs and align with enterprise strategy.
• Plan, budget, staff, and monitor performance across programs.
• Provide reports and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams and enterprise-level strategic initiatives.
