Job summary

SCAN is seeking a senior operations leader to manage care management programs, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care for members in a mostly remote role. You will supervise care management supervisors, drive performance, and align programs with CMS, DMHC, DHCS, and NCQA standards.

Qualified candidates bring 3+ years of leadership in complex healthcare operations, bachelor's in a related field, and preferred clinical licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in complex healthcare operations or care management.
• Preferred: active clinical licensure (RN, LCSW, LMFT) and Medicare/ Medi-Cal experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care management teams and pods to drive operational excellence and productivity.
• Provide guidance on urgent issues and coach staff to meet department goals.
• Recruit, orient, and train staff; maintain a secure, compliant work environment.
• Lead strategic planning, dashboards, and performance reporting for holistic member care.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align clinical and operational goals.
