Job summary

SCAN Health Plan seeks a Senior Program Manager - Access to Care to oversee multiple projects, lead cross-functional teams, develop plans, monitor progress, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. You will drive enterprise initiatives that improve health plan performance, partnerships, and market growth, communicating with stakeholders and mitigating risks.

This role requires healthcare experience, strong leadership, and the ability to translate strategy into action in a mostly remote work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of related healthcare/health plan experience.
• 5 years of leadership experience.
• Advanced MS Office, Visio, and SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute programs aligned with enterprise strategy and ensure accountable execution.
• Plan, budget, staff, and monitor performance across initiatives.
• Promote programs and track engagement organization-wide.
• Supervise program staff to meet deadlines and standards.
• Evaluate program effectiveness with KPIs and data.
• Ensure compliance with policies and external regulations.
• Provide reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead health plan market management within an HMO model.
• Identify risks and mitigate dependencies across initiatives.
• Lead special projects to drive value and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to align strategy with operations.
• Support AI initiatives to transform operations.
• Advance SCAN's vision and goals.
