SCAN seeks a Manager Care Coordination to lead teams delivering education and assistance for navigating the healthcare system, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, and workflow priorities while maintaining high performance in a mostly remote setting.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in healthcare leadership, with NCQA/SNP/CMS/DHS familiarity, strong communication, and ability to drive process improvements across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, medical management, change management, and/or leadership.
• Must possess working knowledge of NCQA standards, SNP requirements, and CMS and DHS regulations.
• Ability to communicate with clarity and develop relationships quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manages teams through oversight of day-to-day operations and productivity to ensure department goals and objectives are met.
• Manages workflow and assigns priorities to ensure timely completion of activities.
• Recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training staff; maintaining a safe work environment; developing growth opportunities.
• Coaches and disciplines employees; enforces systems, policies, and procedures; ensures compliance with regulatory standards.
