Care Access, a leader in clinical research and health services, seeks a Senior Manager to oversee recruitment-focused programs. You will drive multiple projects, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and ensure compliant execution of innovative health screenings and studies.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for advancing health through clinical research, with remote US-based work and opportunities to collaborate across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA, MPH, or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in clinical research or a related field.
• Understanding of clinical trials, methodology, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage health screening and research programs to meet goals.
• Plan, evaluate, and timeline development for projects; perform data-driven analysis.
• Coordinate activities across marketing, delivery, clinical, and external partners.
• Mentor and manage senior analysts; lead program teams to ensure delivery.
• Monitor program performance and prepare reports for evaluation.
• Address participant or program concerns to improve experience; stay current with field developments.
