Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a senior program manager in the U.S. to lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives and establish governance across governance bodies. You will develop detailed plans, align executives and stakeholders, and deliver executive-ready reports with risk summaries and recommendations.

You will drive change readiness, adoption planning, and execution of new processes and operating models while coaching teams on disciplined delivery and escalation practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least five years leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience managing initiatives with multiple stakeholders and executive reporting.
• Strong governance, planning, risk management, and dependency tracking.
• Knowledge of organizational change management and adoption planning.
• Experience facilitating alignment among executives and senior teams.
• Ability to identify systemic risks and evaluate trade-offs.
• Strong change leadership and ownership with urgency.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong executive presence and communication.
• Proven leadership and influencing abilities without direct authority.
• Proficiency with PM platforms including Monday.com, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps.
• Certifications (PMP/Prosci/Scrum) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and cross-functional initiatives with portfolio analysts and PM leadership.
• Develop and improve enterprise project management standards, tools, templates, and governance practices.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones and interdependencies.
• Align leaders, teams, SMEs, and external partners around scope and outcomes.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, including status, risks, and recommendations.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and trade-offs with mitigations.
• Facilitate sessions to define roadmaps and enable decisions.
• Drive change readiness and adoption of new processes and operating models.
• Coach teams on governance, risk management, and delivery practices.
• Apply stage-gate reviews and escalation processes for leadership alignment.
• Adapt PM approaches to evolving needs and ambiguity.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
