Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Senior Program Manager in the United States to drive high‑impact technical programs across engineering, product, design, and consulting teams in a fully remote setting.

You will partner with clients and executives, translate technical trade‑offs into actionable plans, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver measurable outcomes while maintaining autonomy and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management within software engineering or other highly technical environments.
• Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs involving multiple product development teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, system architecture, AI, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern engineering practices.
• Engage with senior leaders, assess technical trade-offs, and navigate complex challenges in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to align diverse teams and influence executive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, large-scale technical programs involving multiple development teams, products, and organizations.
• Oversee program portfolio with schedules, dependencies, risks, resource allocation, and blockers.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients and executives, setting expectations and aligning on objectives.
• Partner with senior leaders to resolve challenges and support strategic decision-making.
• Translate technical concepts into business implications to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Establish goals, ownership, and accountability across teams to maintain momentum.
• Drive operational excellence by strengthening processes, predictability, and execution.
• Track progress against objectives and deliver measurable impact.
