Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Lead GRC & Security Governance professional in the United States to build scalable governance, risk, and compliance programs. You will lead technology controls, ensure audit readiness across multiple frameworks, and partner with Legal, Internal Audit, and external assessors to drive effective risk management.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Security, IT, Engineering, and Data teams, leveraging AI to streamline workflows while maintaining safeguards and data

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in technology risk, security governance, or related areas.
• Experience leading SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, or equivalent audits.
• Experience designing or redesigning a governance/ risk operating model.
• Strong understanding of cloud, IAM, CI/CD, networks, and data platforms.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into precise, testable controls.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the technology governance program across risk, IT controls, change and incident management.
• Own audit readiness and assurance across SOC 2, ITGC, PCI and similar frameworks.
• Manage technology and cybersecurity risk registers and escalate material risks.
• Define policies and oversight for change, incidents, and business continuity.
• Collaborate with Legal, Internal Audit, Compliance, and external assessors.
