Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional engineering initiatives in a fully remote role within the United States. You will translate product strategies into executable plans, manage dependencies, and unblock teams to deliver scalable software across data, application, and infrastructure domains.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive execution, maintain progress visibility, and align priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex technical programs or initiatives.
• Coordinate delivery across data engineering, app/web/mobile engineering, and infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of data systems, data quality and pipelines.
• Experience establishing processes and delivery frameworks in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical initiatives from planning to launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across data engineering, web/mobile app development, and infra.
• Translate product strategies into executable delivery plans with milestones and owners.
• Lead API integrations, service deployments, and coordinated releases across tech streams.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and milestones, proposing actionable mitigations.
