Job summary

Jobgether SRL in the United States is seeking a Technical Project Manager 2 to lead complex technology initiatives from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies in a remote-capable role.

The role blends structured project management with technical understanding, emphasizes execution, governance, and reporting, and may require occasional onsite participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 5+ years of technical project management experience, including Agile.
• 3–5 years using Microsoft Project for planning and tracking.
• PM certification (PMP/CSM/CAPM) strongly preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall hybrid delivery and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans.
• Monitor budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies; take corrective action.
• Prepare status reports, docs, dashboards, and management artifacts.
• Communicate metrics and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage scope changes and contingency plans.
• Coordinate Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid activities across teams.
