Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Director of Partnership Growth in the United States to lead strategic initiatives across partnerships, product, sales, and marketing. You will drive revenue growth, optimize the partner ecosystem, and deliver scalable programs in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will shape marketplace strategy, build robust business cases, and influence senior stakeholders to execute high-impact initiatives that expand partnerships and monetization.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in SaaS/tech or related tech-driven environment.
• Senior strategy, growth, or operations leadership experience (≥5 years).
• Proven ability to develop and manage business cases with market sizing and ROI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Grow and strengthen a portfolio of partnerships to increase revenue and improve customer experience.
• Establish partnership tiers aligned with strategic and commercial contributions.
• Drive partner retention with mutual action plans and value realization.
• Develop programs to increase partnership awareness, adoption, and revenue across functions.
• Lead marketplace strategy to monetize and enhance value proposition.
• Create compelling business cases with market sizing, financial modeling, and customer validation.
• Lead growth initiatives from concept to execution with measurable outcomes.
• Provide strategic advisory to senior leaders across multiple functions.
