Job summary

Jobgether SRL in the United States seeks a strategic Program Manager to lead complex, multi-project initiatives in the banking/fintech sector. This fully remote role requires governance excellence, cross-functional coordination, and alignment with regulatory and technology objectives.

You will partner with engineering, security, QA, and compliance teams, reporting to senior executives and steering committees. Strong track record in scalable digital finance programs is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in project or program management, including 5+ years delivering programs in banking/fintech.
• Proven success leading complex, multi-project programs with regulatory requirements and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and oversee program governance structures (RACI, steering committees, reporting).
• Align multi-project portfolios with strategy to deliver measurable business value.
• Develop program strategies, roadmaps, budgets, milestones, and KPIs.
• Oversee concurrent projects with coordinated timelines and dependencies.
• Lead and mentor project managers and cross-functional leads (engineering, QA, cybersecurity, compliance).
• Establish best practices for program execution, agile delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, PSD2, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and SAMA.
