Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Project Manager – Strategy & Impact Business Enablement based in the United States. The role leads strategic initiatives across the full project lifecycle, aligning with business priorities and delivering measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to translate complex needs into actionable plans, guiding governance, risk management, and decision‑making in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of overall business experience with 3–4 years leading projects or transformations.
• PM/BA related degree preferred.
• PM certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and business enablement initiatives across the full lifecycle.
• Define objectives, scope, success measures, risks, and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver outcomes.
• Prepare executive updates, risk assessments, and options analyses.
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery, backlog and roadmap planning.
