Job summary

You will oversee coaching, onboarding, advisory services, and cross-functional teams, partnering with Finance, Technology, Marketing, and Sales to align offerings with growth and retention goals. This fully remote role demands executive communication and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive leadership experience
• Experience in franchise businesses, automotive services, multi-location operations, or similar service-oriented organizations
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and investment prioritization
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and executive relationships
• Exceptional executive communication and ability to translate complex data into insights
• Deep understanding of owner-operator challenges and profitability optimization
• Ability to lead multiple programs and governance across distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall member-program portfolio with strategy, targets, and a roadmap for development.
• Oversee coaching, onboarding, training, peer groups, and advisory services with aligned ownership.
• Develop a comprehensive performance framework covering financials, engagement, retention, and service quality.
• Set annual/quarterly operating plans including budgets, priorities, and innovation initiatives.
• Implement portfolio scorecards and monthly reviews to drive accountability and improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Marketing, and Sales to align offerings and reporting.
