Job summary

Sage is seeking a Project Execution and Project Management professional to oversee strategic cross-functional programs within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. You will drive go-to-market initiatives, transform operational processes, and implement robust project plans, RACIs, and success metrics.

The role is hybrid, in-office 3 days per week, and involves leading multi-stakeholder programs, reporting to senior leadership, and delivering measurable business impact across the RTR

Qualifications

• 7 years in program management, project management or business operations.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong change management mindset with business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of global strategic initiatives within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, RACIs and stakeholder maps.
• Foster partnerships with Sales, Customer Success, IT and Marketing.
• Drive governance, change impact assessments and program execution models.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure success.
• Prepare detailed program status reports for executive leadership.
