Job summary

Sage is seeking a Project Execution and Project Management professional to manage strategic cross-functional programs within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. The role focuses on driving large scale impact, developing detailed project plans, RACIs, stakeholder maps and success metrics.

The position is hybrid based in-office 3 days per week, with opportunities to collaborate across Sales, Customer Success and IT to accelerate go-to-market initiatives and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in business program management, project management or business operations.
• Proven ability to drive cross-group collaboration and rhythm of business.
• Strong verbal and written communications across a geographically dispersed audience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of global strategic initiatives and programs in collaboration with Sales, Success Digital Enablement, RTR and regional teams.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps and communication strategies.
• Provide project administration and support to a team of project managers; drive governance and change impact assessments.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; ensure program outcomes and continuous improvement.
